Yeah but no powder and a stabilizer deal in the front that doesn't look like it would dismount from the actual intended projectile.Fin stabilization.

Wow. That is one of the dumbest gimmicks I’ve heard about in a while. What a fucking joke...
what in the shit is this
I just watched that on youtube and I genuinely feel for anyone thats ever had one of those fired at them LOLSabot flechette.
The idea is that the projectile is pushed out of the barrel at very high speeds (because of low mass) and the wind resistance strips away everything (sabot) but the needle-like flechette.
Or, Lame, with a capital "L".
Although I understand they had something called a beehive round during the Vietnam conflict for the 105 cannon in the tanks. At a predetermined distance after firing an internal charge in the round would go off and spread a bazillion of those little flechettes all over. Anti-personnel use but I think it doubled as a defoliant...
Barrett announced that a WHILE back. They’re gorgeous tooSpeaking of that...Barrett is now making O/U's
Looks like that would lower the BC a littleFin stabilization.
Found my next scope....http://www.zcompoptic.com/
About 3k. If as good as Frank Galli describes, and I expect it to be, that would be a good bargain. Was comparing it to Tangent Thetas. Schott glass. The owner/developer hails from Nightforce and Kahles fame and was instrumental to the Kahles K624i, so he certainly has credentials and experience to build a stellar optic. After reading their description on the website, I fully expect that scope to cost as much as my current car.
@Jake did you see the 10mm Ruger Super Redhawk?
Yeah, that 1006 is just all kinds of old school cool. They don’t make guns like that anymore.Yep. That thing is pretty cool. I like that they're coming out with more 10mm offerings now. I love the 10mm. I'm not really fond of rimless cartridges in wheel guns though because I hate moon clips. I'd make an exception for a 10mm revolver though. I want a S&W 610 with a 6" barrel soooo bad...and a 1006, but unfortunately a lot of other people do too so the prices for both of those are absurd.
I always had a thing for the guarded rear sights on them.1006 is a S&W. They were made when you were still swinging around in your Daddy's sack though so we don't expect you to know that.
