Saiga 308 Did i get a good deal?

I just picked this up for Under $401.00
Did I do OK and does anyone else have one and how do you like it?
So far in firing this one the first time it shot 7" high and I have corrected that as of now.
It did this because some one took the front sight off and moved it back one Pin so it could be Threaded.
I have yet to thread the barrel but that is next and I will probably trade the stock out for a fixed skeleton stock or maybe a Archangel adjustable stock (I just have not made my mind up yet).
The conversion was done quite nicely to this one and it shoots Awesome.
I will post a Range Report the next time I go to the Range with it.

I got this from a guy selling off a few firearms for a Widower in his family.
I am also trying to get a M11/9 as well but that is not set in stone yet.
All non NFA items are sold as of now.
Only thing that remains is the M11/9 and I have my fingers crossed I can get it too.
