Getting a 240b is hard for an SOT as well. They must have good relations with a police department who helped them acquire it.

There aren't many floating around, for sure. QRF had one at the Earth Day shoot, but I'm not sure if it was their or if it belonged to AAC.

He has to be talking about the bullets coming out of the end. That's the only thing I see
