See my electroless nickel-PTFE thread. It is essentially the same thing and you can do it yourself for a couple hundred.

If you want true Robar NP3, then you have to send it to Robar. I've had quite a few firearms and components done in NP3 and NP3+ over the years. Fixin' to send them a S&W 457 I'm customizing.
