Quick update. I got email form Bergara and also a phone call. Guy said it was be easier to explain than trying to type it out and forget something. Basically, the older SiCo rimfire suppressors have threads that are shorter. He has a Warlock and it exhibits the same issues. Simple fix is to put a 1/2x28 jam nut or thin spacer on the barrel. Seems the rifle barrel is touching the baffles and causing crazy things to happen. I put on a spacer today and went and shot a few and it appears that he was spot on. Groups were not fantastic; but much better with only a little POI shift using various ammo.
I have to give a big shout out to @T-Max and @Rweter for helping me in getting the gun sorted out with some of the small details. I can see a lot of trigger time being spent with this gun.
