Quick Form 1 Question

I e-filed a form 1 mid-April. If I messed anything up and was going to be rejected, would I have heard from them by now?

I've never had one come back, but from what I understand they are generally rejected right around the time you would normally be expecting your approval.

I have had one disapproved and this is correct

If it is disapproved contact the agent on the disapproval form and resubmit. My first was disapproved but I was approved a few days later. You will have to pay again and wait for reimbursement. My money was back in my account the day after disapproval.

Question: Lets say you file a Form 1 and it has a problem. and they don't notify you until its past the late June deadline for all the extra bullshit you have to go through. Would your re-submittal be subject to the new horse shit rules?
