So where have they shirked compliance? I don't know of anyone in the field that "wants" there to be strong evidence of human induced climate change, but the evidence is overwhelming.

Also, we're talking about actual scientists, not "scientists". They are the most highly trained professionals in the field, and you're claiming that your feelings on the subject trump their expertise...pretty hilarious if it weren't pervasive and not a laughing matter.

Dude.

You really don't read anything, you just pop off without thought of any sort.

I will put it in "see spot run" terms.

No theory with predictable results=no solution.

Hell, they can't even agree on the problem. Is it too hot or too cold? Is it about temperature or hurricanes? Is it about Swiss cheese?

Science isn't always about solutions, it's about understanding and sometimes raising more questions than finding answers. In this case, the evidence is conclusive. It's not about the broad solution.

I don't need evidence.

I am just saying that they don't know. No matter what claims they make.

They have about 150 years of reliable temp data-from a small collection of sites. And they want to Extrapolate long term models from that?

The earth is a few billion years old. To say that this temp is perfect is ludicrous. To say that we can control any temp in the future is more ludicrous. To further say that all this is somehow caused by gases which are emitted by human activity is insane. (Most people aren't smart enough to figure out that volcanoes have emitted many orders of magnitude greater amounts of these gases in the past.)

150 years of data to show how a complex system which involves the ocean and atmosphere (and is 6 billion years old.) these guys are beyond standard, garden variety fools. They got special fool skills.
You don't need evidence. OK
Wow, you've bought into the rhetoric hook, line and sinker. Out, no point in continuing further.

That's a good story.

I had a ball python that once it got big enough could remove the cover from his tank. came home one day and he was gone. I didn't bother looking for him because, you know, snake.

2 months later I'm making dinner and he comes crawling out from under the fridge. Bastard!!!!

GBI is saying that it's most likely that the officer shot the dog, the homeowner, and the other officer. I think he should get a medal. At least he made it home safe. That's all that really matters.

My God what a hero...when is the star to celebrate this paragon of excellence going to be erected?

Also, if you live in DeKalb Co thanks for paying for the homeowners new house and car.

I could catch a molecule of seaweed DNA as a sample from the ocean.

I could extrapolate that the entire ocean was comprised of seaweed and nothing else. The "science" would be settled based on that observation.

That would be silly. That would be farce. But that is exactly the same logic as they apply to the question of man made climate effects.

In fact, 150 years of temps over 6 billion years of history is even sillier.

But that is the kind of BS you get when you throw scientific methods out the window as they have.

Not Dekalb?

That cop was a serious operator. He apparently was using standard hollowpoints. Thank God he wasn't issued RIP, everybody would be dead and the neighbors would all have trocar wounds.

There are obvious ways of measuring temperature and climactic conditions without actually being present with a thermometer. It's not even logical to think that human consumption has had zero effect on conditions on Earth.

There sure are!

Yet these same "scientists" have absolutely no idea what caused the last ice age-or why the next one hasn't started yet....... It should have-based on their BS models.

An ice age would be far, far more disruptive than anything "climate change" could ever do.

But they are unconcerned. Because the do realize it is impossible to predict accurately when something like that will occur.

But yet, they seem pretty darn certain about the other side of the thermostat. Such BS!

Their predictions are based on irrelevant data.-and they don't seek the truth, they seek to remain on the gravy train of grants and tenure. The only way for anyone in that field to do so is to kiss ass with the body politic-how at the altar of climate change.

I'm curious what kind of data it would take to change your mind.

This morning I went out to check and see how the new chicks were doing. So

I checked on them, everything seemed to be going well.

I decided to walk over and feed the pig as well. She is the only pig we have left and we haven't had a hog in over 6 months.

So, I was a little surprised when I saw this staring at me this morning.
