it takes time to find the right graphic designer and work with them to develop a graphic.
Technically, I assume they're claiming it is garnishment of the fines for violation of lockdown. It's total bullshit & further evidence that politicians in this country think they have absolute power.
When all this shit started, I naively thought it would wake people up & cause outrage & movements to restrict government power. Instead, an overwhelming number of people support this & a sickeningly high percentage of so-called Americans are happy to rat out their neighbors & community members for living like free people.
