Well, apparently the Ambien doesn't either if you have to take 4 of them. I really have no advice on sleeping. I've never slept great either and I'm on a consistent schedule. I will say that at not even 26 years old you're slowly killing yourself if you actually live the way you describe. This isn't a holier than thou thing either, it's just an observation. Stang gets carried away and pukes in the tub one night it's funny. If Stang were to talk about doing it most nights he'd have a problem. When you feel yourself going a little over the edge, reel yourself back. For me at least, that's what sober January is about.

Hard to slow down and step back sometimes. Cat escaped so I caught her and decided this is one of those times I SHOULD step back and slow down. No housework today. Gonna get some sunshine, relax. Plus SOMEBODY loves me...

I got my girlfriend to try Valerian root after she ran out of her sleep meds and the doctor office was closed so she couldn't get a refill. She hasn't refilled that script since.

Has she tried Rabbit Root?

Forreal though, besides Christmas, New Year’s Eve and my Savannah trip, I don’t drink much. I use to clock out, get home and drink.

we don’t keep alcohol in the house since we moved. And besides those 3 days i mentioned, the only time I drink is when we go out to eat and it is either 2 tall beers or 1 beer and 1 mixed drink.
