I've also seen what they are saying is a tr3b. It has a cloaking mechanism and I saw it when the cloaking wasn't working right. Another true story.
With a white globe in the middle. I saw one 1000 feet over me. Whatever cloaking it uses was malfunctioning and it was flickering in and out. Really weird.
