what would be the best product to use on a gun with exterior rust, good amount across the whole exterior, would anything from Home Depot be ok for gun metal? Guess the finish wouldn't really be a main concern due to the rust.
I’ve used evapo-rust a lot and it’s awesome. Will remove the finish though but it will destroy everything piece of rust, and non toxic
Thank you! I've been saying they needed a P-01 type version of the SP01 forever. SP01 loaded with a 20rd mag is heavier than a 1911(almost 3x the capacity though so I deal with it).

Don't go body lift whatever you do. It will ride like shit. Look at BDS. They make awesome lift kits that will ride better than stock.

I gave up and ordered 20 ((10)) poly mags. I'm gonna keep a few steel surplus from each country and sell the rest and buy a FDL with that $. I also bought a couple type 63 mags(a serrated and a star) that haven't hit the mainland yet. Starting to get worried about those.
