There is a reason that pin is polymer and the front 2 are steel. ZERO shear force there, basically a place holder for part of the trigger group and not much else. I get how it could be painful to look at but I would color over that blemish with a black sharpie and drive on! But I care less about how things look than most, so there is that.

It's really annoying. I ordered a new lower so I can re-do it. The leftover parts will probably turn into another gun.
Sharpie is the way and the light. Just glad that a) the damage is only cosmetic and b) it's somewhat easy just to sharpie and get over it.
