well today is good news day. my family acquired some property a few years ago that was lake front with a dock and a bunch of land. everything was great EXCEPT the fact taht the land had been unoccupied for quiet some time and folks had made a dirt road down to the lake from the road to access the water. Well once we bought all the land we shut that down immediately and had some pretty big issues with locals and neighbors thinking they had access to it via an "easement". have had the cops out here a couple times after disagreements got heated and they told us there wasnt much they could do without anything official (like the deed to the land wasnt enough).
well couple weeks we had someone to come out and shoot hte property line and now have proof everything is on our land and they are just driving through and brought the cops out to show them and they now finally fucking agree. I kinda cant wait till a few certain ones show up again to show their ass.
