10-4 any idea of what all conversion work has to be done on these? from what i can tell it needs to have the magwell opened up, barrel threaded, and furniture swapped but that doesnt seem too bad.

That's pretty much it. The bayonet lugs need to be cut too, but that isn't entirely necessary.
