Are they working on an expanding pistol round like the ripout? Maybe called the VIP? I think I saw something at my LGS about it with a "coming soon" notice on it.

What is the round in the top picture, bottom row, on the right? Looks like it has 8 petals and is tilted on its side. Handgun or something else?
