I hate using an electric. Absolutely chews my skin up. Ingrown hairs, etc.

If I'm in a hurry, it's shaving cream and a shave in the shower. But if I have the time or want a really close shave, I use a badger hair brush and shave soap. My favorite way to shave.

Does your wife make soap in the pucks to fit a shaving mug? If so, does she add anything to it that's different from the regular soap? What scents? Almond and sandlewood are pretty good. Definitely interested.

I'm using a sandlewood scent currently and it seems to last forever.

Her pucks were a little large for my coffee mug that I use but a quick trim with my pocket knife and all was good.

shave in the shower with soap and water
Me too, even my head. I've rarely used shaving cream. Occasionally the tube of L'Occitane shave cream, but that's when I splurge. It has a lovely smell. also I'm pretty drunk. Gnit e Set

I'd love to try some. Anything added for the shave soap to add lubricity?

I like the sandle wood smell... You have any fancy shave/sope stuff in sandle wood? I'm all ears...
