I'll post it here for the others as well. This cobbler makes a super crunchy topping which is what I like. It doesn't have the doughy-cake like topping. But the egg is the only wet ingredient so it's a good bit of work to get it thoroughly incorporated...

1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup sugar
1 beaten egg
2/3 stick of butter, melted
9x9 or 8x8 pan of unsweetened fruit of your choice.
Mix flour and sugar together and then mix in beaten egg til it resembles meal. I rub it between my fingers to really mix it well.
Put on top of fruit in pan and drizzle with the melted butter.
Bake at 350 around 30-45 minutes, til done. There is really no set time to bake because of the differences in fruit. But it should be done in the center. It makes a crusty shell on top...
Damn @mark23 he can cook to:oops:

Idk stangdaddy, you do drive a Ford.

There are some nuances with the '18 I have that somewhat concern me. This is the first year for direct injection. Sometimes when I start the car, the engine dies immediately and I have to restart it. Or it will start and run but it idles funny. I'll shut it off and restart and it will idle fine. It does have a tick occasionally. Not sure about the tick but the other seems to me like it's probably a fuel issue. But it runs fine at all rpms. And it's under warranty lol.

I have been banging gears in it and I've felt the 3-4 shift have a weak clutch engagement feel...pedal felt real light upon release...clutch wasn't slipping but the car felt torque-limited. Not sure if the car has a torque-limiter? My 6 speed Volvo did. I did a reverse burnout in my driveway once and after that the clutch wouldn't engage until the pedal was nearly fully released. I took it around the block and it went back to normal. My brother has a '16 and he made a run entirely in 4th gear and now he has a clutch chatter issue even though he never pushed in the clutch during acceleration. It's been about 2 weeks and it's getting better. But online there's a lot of people having these type issues...

The motor is awesome. IRS is awesome. Trans is good so far. But this hydraulic clutch...I'm on the fence. I hate to jump into a GT350 and have these issues...
