Generally a well built rifle. No reason it shouldn't be all matching. Watch for sticky bolt. Check all the regular surplus stuff like the bore, bluing, rifling, etc.

$400 fair for a nice one? I notice the one I posted is an M48A, are there other variants? I haven't Googled yet but I know you and some others in here know y'alls milsurp stuff...
Update I was almost a victim of road rage. Some old grumpy drove by me flicking me off because I couldn’t go faster due to the car in front of me and then started reaching down....luckily I got mine too.
