I can't think of anyone off hand that's in the market, but that thing should sell fast. The pre bluetec is more desirable, but both are fantastic motors....bluetec just has one more system to maintain. SBC was optional, I believe, on E class in 08. It's not really a deal breaker, MB extended warranty on the SBC system to 25 years, but it is a potential problem area.
Seriously, that will be a fantastic car for someone and should sell fast at 7500-8k
