Swing by the grocery store on the way home to get some potatoes and other small stuff.
Get home cut onions/mushrooms/celery, put them in the dutch oven, roast on top, season, add water, close the lid and into the oven.
5 minutes later I see the bag of potatoes on the stove. THE POTATOES!!!
