Just odd how it all works. The offending persons insurance wants to total my sister's car but all that is wrong with it is broken rear bumper. It's an older civic that runs perfectly fine. They are trying to tell her either take the $1800 pay our to total it or drop the claim and fix it on her own dime.

I find it insane the insurance companies are the arbiters of totaling a car.

What's the fair market value for the car?

Almost all of the newer stuff is in stock at JLR warehouses CONUS, it's just expensive. Door shells in that era run 5k+. Headlight units are North of 2k a piece....shits expensive.

The lever action I got for $250 so I’ll be making money on it. The guy offered $350 but said he would drive from Savannah to Brunswick for $325. So works for me.
It was a good deal at 250 so that’s why I got it. Don’t even have a box of 30-30.

I like commie stuff, and I can grab a few boxes of 32 from academy.
