i've seen a couple of them. generally all around the 1k mark. seem to be pretty well reviewed but my only gripe with them is the model number isnt accurate should be an m72ab1, but those parts kits are super rare and very pricey

We pay 880 for a 2 bed 2 bath apartment here. Not including utilities or anything. We want to get a house or rent a house but easier said than done. 880 for rent could get a nice mortgage down here. Have to factor in cost of living.
