Yes. 1 of BXxl-50 is acceptable as a substitute for 2 BX25. Steel Lips are OK also in 1 to 1.
An another hand, while centerfire ammo recommended amount is 10K per caliber, 22LR is 40K per caliber. That's deep storage, NZ, ammo. Shooting ammo is above that.
