I think the TWS top cover does pretty much the same thing.
And this won't work on the RH-10. Not only does everything need to be hand fit, but this system raises the sights at least an inch.

Actually, I remembered that I have a Tech Sights dust cover somewhere. It's not quite the same, but it would work.
