Hell yeah. I don’t have access to a scale until I go back to work Tuesday. Will do the same. I’d like to be under 200 again.I'd say pretty easily. 5 pounds certainly. When you drink a lot it's common to eat other junk you might not otherwise. I've noted my weight and will report on what I lose.

min the weight room I’m happy with what I can do. I would just like to look better. Kinda funny when we train fresh rookies on day 1 and they see my belly and probably think I’m out of shape. Boy are they in for a surprise
I know the first thing to weight loss starts in the kitchen. Working out and running and doing PT keeps me in shape but my bad eating habits keep me from losing the weight. I just gotta disciplije what I eat. Ive been drinking a gallon n of water a day. Firsy few days were hard but like anytbing, once youYou're still young. Getting into some better habits will be that much better for you as you get older.
