That is so easy. The rafters cuts are all identical. 4x4 pressure treated is cheaper than you think and binds it all together at the base.


just buy # 2 grade and make sure its for ground contact. Most is now days except for small treated boards. Some supply house don`t give that choice of grade types. They like to sell premium grade

When I built my deck I paid for #2 5/4 deckboards. 44 16 footers. I got 10 percent off for memorial day weekend sale and 10 percent off for being a vet. They sent me premium. I almost called them to fix it but I figured if I did the puller would either get his ass chewed or fired. They went down nice.
