Seriously though I bought some LED retrofit kit for my kitchen fluorescent a few years back. Was easy to do if you didn't want to change out the entire fixture.

noice that will be a good route if I can find them. I think the fixtures in the shop are 6ft, I haven’t even priced out replacement bulbs yet for the ones that are out so hopefully the LED kits aren’t too much more
