My weakness.

Man, i was going to make roasted red pepper hummus for mom's Christmas eve. We always go down there and spend the afternoon, eat about 500pm, and then open presents.

Then this year she announced the meal would be at 100pm.

I'd already bought meat, cheese, and crackers for a tray. Was going to make hummus, had pretzel chips and pita crackers ready... anyway, meal was too early for the snacks.

First of 2. 7 pounds of meat, 8 pounds of cheese, 4 buckets of cottage cheese, 8 pounds of sauce, and 3 pounds of lasagna.
