I chose a glock for my house gun because of the lack of controls but it was still pretty intimidating to her in the heat of the moment. I think the snubby just puts her at ease more. Plus at the likely range of engagement I doubt she'll miss.Not being a smart ass but doesn’t a Glock fit this bill incredibly well with a larger capacity and higher probability they’re going to hit what they’re aiming at? Revolves, especially snub-nose, in my opinion are probably the worst handgun for a new/inexperienced shooter to use
