Been Sick last couple of days had a severe Allergic reaction to something I ate on Saturday night Had to use my Eppie Pin for the first time in 15 years (no the pin is new not 15 years old).
Throat Swollen shut and it has been slow to recover from it.
And yes went to hospital and following up today with Reg Doctor.
