Front heavy good for mag dump.They are highly adjustable, although it shifts the point of balance forward. It does add some weight but they are overall more comfortable to shoot

I know where a Bermuda Army m14 is for sale. They used the Mini for 30 years and the on It upgrade was moving to a polymer stock.
Pretty impressive service life for a issued rifle. If I ever got back into Maritime Security I would probably want to carry a stainless Mini over an AR or AK
