I have horrible insomnia, so it's not that hard

Get up at around 630ish, get my kid ready for school, get breakfast, bill for 9-11 hours, make dinner or watch the kids, do bedtime routine with my older kid, then I'm on baby duty while the wife sleeps. We switch at 3am. Then I repeat at 630ish.
