That's hilarious. Dude has a problem (because he's an idiot) and contacts the mfg, then doesn't wait for a reply before he blasts his stupidity all over the interwebs...If you look at the time stamps he waits like 30 min before loudly claiming they're avoiding him...Total DOUCHE.
The Mfg owner dude was super cool, and Douche kept at it, too impatient to even listen to the EXPERT.
