I had a jalapeño pig in a blanket and a jalapeño kolache from Bucee's this morning with an XL coffee and later on I had some kimchee pickled radish and some cucumber kimchee. I mixed this all up and I was too impatient to wait for the rice to cook, so I cooked some bean sprouts and garnished with some chopped green onion. Pretty damn good, especially if you let it sit and meld together for a few minutes. I realize bean sprouts ain't for everybody lol...
Thanks for getting me to try some new stuff! There was other stuff I wanted to try also but some of the labels are strictly Asian, I ain't buying it if I can't read it lol...
