Never heard that specifically, but it is an expanding bullet that will ALWAYS expand, no matter what it hits.As I understand it, that was to circumvent the HP law in NJ.

Be sure to inspect it after they pull it off the truck. Found a big dent in the front of ours and had to tell 'em to send me a 'nuther one.
I don't care about dents on the sides or back 'cause they don't show but a big honkin' one on the front was no bueno.
And depending on the floors you have be sure to protect 'em during the removal and install. Some do a great job and some will ruin your floors and claim they didn't. Pics before and after to cover your butt.

Well they're flat(ish) on the backare chinese flat backs really that much better than my good ole romanians cuz right now I can get the romy for 9-10 bucks ea
Burris, Olight, Amend2 oh my.....Temporary change until I build my VLTOR lower...
Just that Olight made the Mega upper front heavy, might go with a Surefire or Streamlight in the future with some kinda light mount, maybe even canted. (Should be lighter!) get it? Lighter...
RDS the VLTOR upper at that time, and slap the Burris back on the Mega.

Actually I have used a AK mag as a hammer before, I think we all have at some point lolWell they're flat(ish) on the back
Makes a better hammer than the traditional splined mags.
Have you ever tried driving nails with that damn spline in the way? Who designed that damn thing
