Due to the proximity of the testicles, I would advise avoiding muscle creams. Heating pad and Naproxen should help

If you think you pulled a muscle go to tractor supply and get DMSO cream. Helps with pulled muscles and used on horses. Don’t ask me how I know.

@Bigigloopt2 depending on how painful and swollen your testicle is, it could be (but unlikely) torsion. Keep and eye on it and if it gets worse of go to the ER.
