exactly why im hesitant. My normal store only charges 60 but he only get it rarely. he's in a less great part of town so nicer stuff tends to sit on the shelf so hes forced to charge fair prices, but he only gets really nice stuff here and there
Pot stills is the best way, as it will bring some of the flavor over and a pot still is how I Make Bourbon.
I also make Vodka using a Reflux Head but I am not a Vodka Fan like the Wife.
