Also glad I picked up these jump boxes at a couple of yard sales as they will keep your electronics charged and not lose power like the personal small batteries that some people have that will only charge devices once.

Suz needs a partial hip replacement. It may be Monday before they do surgery. They'll be doing an ultrasound and other scans on her leg this morning.

Things are slightly more complicated because I screwed up with how long we waited to go in, but nothing terrible. Some muscles may have contracted & so getting in may be a little more difficult & rehab may be a little more painful. The bigger risks for surgery all come from her autoimmune and fibromyalgia problems, which is part of what kept us from going to the hospital earlier.

I just got power back about 30 minutes ago. Went out about 10:30 last night. I'm getting my phone recharged & hoping to sleep a couple of more hours. Then I'll go over this afternoon after they finish all the scans. That way I can visit Suz & hear any new info.

According to her nurse this morning, the hospital is talking about doing away with even allowing one visitor. So I don't know what the hell I'm going to do if that happens during this.

Doctor believes she'll be able to get back to where she was before she fell.
