Well, the dealer with the Blue Mustang reneged the deal and won't give the car up.
However, my dealer supposedly has a Lime Green one coming for me now. Which is the color I originally wanted. We will see if this one pans out. This one I know for sure has the Active Exhaust and Leather Recaros.
