It’s easy as fuck. Just need a light trigger. ALG or even a polished G2 will work fine.
If not enough recoil, use ammo with heavier bullets

this has a G2 but it hasn’t been cleaned up at all

this has a G2 but it haven’t been cleaned up at all

If it’s a 7.62 it doesn’t need much, a regular G2 will work. A 5.45 needs more polishing (especially rpk) since it has lower recoil.
Assuming you’re right handed, as you hold the handguard with your left hand, keep your right index finger and whole right hand stiff and push forward against the trigger.
That‘s it.
Once you do it for a while and get used to it you’ll be able to aim and may get decent groups at short distances. Takes longer to master than full auto because you don’t have full grip with both hands
