All the Egyptian wood has been robbed of of it and it has some hideous wood grip, stock set, and an incorrect sling. The bolt hold open magazine needs to go also. If it is CHU furniture, like Rabbit noticed, it has been "modified" to fit and may not be worth much

You guys may think Im fucking crazy for tryna find a SVT-40 for around 1k but last week while at the CMP I jokingly asked the dude behind the counter if they would get some surplus SVT’s in and the guy next to me said he just sold one he had for 1k. I was like damn man you got another one??? Lol he didn’t.

Dang, I paid $1,250 for mine like 6 years ago but had to have it and they rarely come up for sale.
I have a Suomi but with a loaded drum it needs a tripod. Heavy as a load of bricks. My trigger's not that bad and there's virtually no recoil. And with the low recoil I can't figure out a way to bump fire it.
Back from the doctors... liver enzymes still elevated. Gotta go get checked again Monday. They may have to open me up again...
