Tylenol and ibuprofen sometimes actually work the best as well. I'd cycle them, take one every 3 hours, repeating each every 6 hours........ if that makes sense, hour zero take Tylenol, hour 3 take ibuprofen, hour 6 Tylenol, hour 9 ibuprofen, etc

Had a family member have a laparoscopy type surgery years ago. They basically blew up their abdomen like a balloon with nitrogen. They said the most painful part was getting rid of all the diffused nitrogen in their system.
Not bad. If it lasts through thr weekend I will holler at ya.
Don't listen to me... if I ask for a bandaid, I need stitches or at least some glue. If I say I need to go to the hospital, I have exactly 31 minutes until I wake up in the fields of Valhalla.

I got it from my bosses wife, she liked it in the store, but it's too heavy for her to comfortably carry so she traded it to me for an XDS 4.0 .45acp
After discovering it was made in Turkey and doesn't use Beretta mags, I don't want it anymore.
