I just buy online and it's pretty decent still. It's not as good as back in the day when the USSR broke up and desert storm ended, but there are deals out there

I did get rid of all my Russian HP, except for 8HP, 8M3 and 8V3 and replaced with Barnaul SP. Russian HP, except for those 3, does not expand. Barnaul SP expands reliably.
