According to the messages I was getting, it was not a problem reaching the server, it was a problem with the server not responding.
Not completely up on the technology & terminology but Cloudfare said the problem was with a "third party transit provider" which means all the traffic/messages probably weren't getting through or being routed correctly. I got different error messages at different times.

See, this is why I seel SO MANY guns...I trick people into thinking they're GOOD by selling em with NO ammo and just 1 mag.
