Oh yea forgot to mention that PSA also sent me a 50.00 Gift Card for the FFL Transfer fees for both Rifles.
The first PSA AK I got (Out of Spec Rifle) and the Second Replacement AK I got.
So I bought 30 round mags to sell to Calli with the gift card.
The Second rifle is Good To Go as of now.

Just use a different dust cover and not use the locking button. The only reason it is om Yugos is to keep the cover on for the barrel lanched grenades.
Russians use under barrel grenade launcher mounted on bayo lugs and they do not have a lock button.
