This pisses me off. They'll never shake the bad rep if they can't do decent QC. The scary thing to me is this happens even though they take forever to bring a product to market. I mean, you could kind of understand it if they announced a new product & then started shipping them like 6 weeks later. But they take years to roll it out & still have these problems.
