dude just looked high/crazy. same thing happened to my buddy about a year ago, dude tried to get into his car at a red light and he pulled his glock out and pointed it at em. funny part was his holster was still attached to the gun while he was aiming it lol

I checked the scene before I even pulled up. That’s how I got that pic of him in the road. I know there was one other person on my right side which was the lady sitting at the bus stop. The left side was clear one nobody out of cars.
