It's okay. I will probably use this cash to get a new washer and dryer. My old ones are on the fritz and it's fiscally irresponsible for me to buy new guns when my appliances are in need of replacement

Sounds like it was misrepresented
I would ask for a refund due to cracks and misrepresentation of the item.
I try to be nice but if can't get resolution pretty fast, I would start a case against him

yeah I could but then I’d have to send it back and go through all that. I sent him a money order for it so I guess he’d have to send one back? Sounds like a huge pain.

I want it to work but idk. Pretty lame. If I go through all the sanding and staining work and then it breaks I’d be pissed.
