In that case, MAK 90 can be replaced easily. MISR, not so much.
I also would look at what other AKs you have. MAADI was valued because it was made on the line set-up by the Soviets, and was made on the Soviet-provided tooling. At the time of MAADI imports it was the closest thing to Soviet AKM.
If you have a Saiga, there is no reason for a MAADI, (unless it is one of Steyer-barreled ones). You have a true Soviet/Russian AK.
But it is all my opinion only. I am the guy without any Yugo rifles, since they do not chrome-plate the bores. I grew up shooting CHF-CL AKs, I cannot own one without it.
PS On another hand, my Galils will be the last AKs I will ever sell. SGL21, SAM7SF, 107fr and Veprs will go before Galils will. It is that good.
