They’re cool. CZ is probably the best design for the inverted slide rails and one of the best triggers.

My buddy has one of those. Won't come off of it. I want a railed compact Inox so damn bad. I want the friends and family discount on one though, lol
Certainly better than the 320. Which has an Unnecessarily high bore axis. Like the literally just made the DA/SA model striker fired and kept it the size of a boat anchor for no reason.
